San Teodoro territory is bigger than 104 kmq and is located on the last South-east part of Gallura, that was called just in the past "la Gallura d’Ovidde". (how to go to) Nowadays San Teodoro is considered one of the most famous tourist spot of Sardinia, thanks to its natural beauties and its climate, the weather is warm during winter and not really hot during summer when mitigated by breezes.
San Teodoro is characterized of different commercial centres and shops, well equipped and organized accomodation facilities able to satisfy all the always more exigent requirements of tourism.
In a few time will be ready the fishing harbour at Niuloni.
On the coast of San Teodoro, close to Punta Sabbatino, it is available the well equipped and organized Puntaldia harbour.
The coast offers a lot of small different beaches protected from picturesque and granitic cliffs surrounded by luxuriant and scented Mediterranean scrub. In some of these solitary coves the nature had fun to sculpture and mould rock monuments with strange and fantastic forms.
San Teodoro is not only sea because it has in fact interesting wet zones as the big watertight rich in precious fishing and populated by different and varied bird population and fish fauna.
Very interesting and nice are the smaller watertights as Ghjlgolu, La Pipara, Brandinchi, Isuledda, and so on.
San Teodoro means even countryside, picturesque hills populated by old Sardinian houses called "stazzi" and mountains: Mount Nieddu, the big granitic massif that closes Gallura at south is 970 meters big with Punta Magghjori.
